This 12-week bulking cycle combines Testosterone Suspension, Testosterone Enanthate, and Deca-Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate) to promote rapid strength gains, increased muscle mass, and enhanced recovery. Testosterone Suspension provides an immediate anabolic kickstart, while Testosterone Enanthate and Deca maintain stable hormone levels for sustained muscle growth throughout the cycle.

Testosterone Suspension is administered only on training days, approximately one hour before workouts, to maximize performance and training intensity. Testosterone Enanthate and Deca are injected every 3.5 days (commonly Monday and Thursday) to maintain consistent blood concentrations and optimize anabolic effects.

Since Testosterone Enanthate can aromatize into estrogen, daily Arimidex is included throughout the cycle to help manage estrogen-related side effects such as water retention and gynecomastia. Individual estrogen management should always be based on blood work and personal response.

Post cycle therapy (PCT) begins 14 days after the final Testosterone Enanthate injection. Clomid is used to help stimulate natural testosterone production and support hormonal recovery following the completion of the cycle.

Beginner Alternative

Beginners may use Testosterone Suspension as a standalone compound in a shorter 4-week cycle. A typical protocol consists of 50–100 mg injected one hour before training sessions on workout days, allowing new users to evaluate individual response before progressing to more advanced multi-compound cycles.
